Quick answers to what most folks ask before booking.

For most homes, expect 1–3 hours depending on size and whether you choose interior, exterior, or both. A small storefront usually takes under an hour. I'll always give you a time estimate when I confirm the appointment so you can plan your day.

Only if I'm doing the interior. For exterior-only jobs, no need — I just need access to the outside of your home and a water spigot. Many customers leave a note with payment and head off to work.

Nope — I'll work around what's there. If anything needs moving for me to reach a window safely, I'll let you know first. Blinds and curtains can stay up; I'll just gently shift them aside.

Light rain or overcast weather is actually fine for window cleaning — it doesn't affect the streak-free finish. Heavy storms or high winds, I'll reschedule at no charge. You'll get a text the morning of if there's any concern.

Payment is due when the job is complete and you're happy with the result. I accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or card. No deposit required for residential jobs.

If you spot a streak or missed spot within 48 hours of the cleaning, I'll come back and fix it free of charge. No questions, no hassle. Your windows aren't done until you're happy with the view.

Yes — hard water spots from sprinklers, salt, or mineral buildup require a special treatment beyond standard cleaning. It's a $4/pane add-on. Most spots come off completely; deeply etched glass may need a separate restoration which I'll discuss in person.
